Before you write
For order questions, have your order number ready. For returns, the information listed in our Return & Refund Policy (purchase date and place, proof of purchase, product photos, and the reason for the return) helps us resolve things in one reply. For shipping questions, check the tracking link in your confirmation email first; if it has not moved in several business days, tell us and we will chase it.
