These terms apply to every purchase made on homelio. By placing an order you confirm you have read them and agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to info@homelio.com before you order — we would rather answer a question than have you buy something that isn't right for you.

Who we are

Homelio is an independent home goods brand based in La Mirada, California. We design and sell our own products and run our own store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any other company, and any similarity in a product category is simply that — a shared category, not a shared business.

Orders

An order becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel, you receive a full refund to your original payment method. Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change without notice; the price you saw at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–5 business days after that. Shipping is free. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package, but if a parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we will work it out with the carrier. Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, for any reason, with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to you. Refunds are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy; that page and this section describe the same process and should be read together.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to interfere with checkout or security, no reselling our products as your own brand, no submitting false orders or false return claims. Content on the site, including product photos and text, belongs to Homelio and may not be reused commercially without written permission.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim connected to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at info@homelio.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own state or country.
